- NWNelson WilliamsMar 27, 20265.0Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equal. Like franchises and boxes of chocolates , you never know what you’re going to get. The one on Creedmoor in Raleigh is superior. They not only diagnosed that it was the 60 buck oil cap and not the actual engine that was leaking oil on my Mercedes they noted I needed a serpentine belt and then ordered it and installed it. Bravo, guys. And Amber up front is a pro too.

The one with glasses could not be have been more rude. I almost left, wondering if he had mental issues that could have been dangerous. Thank goodness the older gentleman took care of all of the customers. We were all talking about how rude the younger guys were. They certainly need training on social issues.
- JTJonah TurcotteMar 23, 20261.0Went to Jiffy Lube to get a state inspection in the middle of a Monday hoping it wouldn't be busy. I was right - there was one car in the bay and 6 or so employees. Walked into the office to find nobody there. I waited for fifteen minutes while not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE employees congregated in the bay hitting their vapes. There was only one car in the three bays and one man working on it. The rest socialized continuously for fifteen minutes while I waited. Eventually left and went to Precision Auto, where I was immediately greeted and seen. If a business is genuinely busy to the point that it takes a while to greet a customer, fine. If it's understaffed and employees are doing their best, fine. But to stand around, talk, and smoke Juuls while a customer stands waiting is unfathomable to me. Customer service has fallen a long way. I wouldn't trust any of these people within 100 yards of a vehicle I have any inkling of care for.
