- KFKatie FordMar 17, 20261.0I went here for a car inspection and was told they wouldn’t pass me unless I bought new wiper blades. Fine, I purchased them. Later saw that my back wiper blade that they replaced was not contacting the window and that the bolt cover was missed. instead of leaving a bad review at that time, I went back to allow them to fix their mistake. Was told they ordered a new blade and cover. I went back (3rd time) to pick it up at the time they told me and there was “no history of any parts being ordered”. Store manager told me he would personally order me an entire new wiper arm for free since he said more than just the blade was causing the problem. I come back (4th time), and they didn’t order an entire arm, just the blade. Do these people ever communicate with each other or do what they say? Who knows. Won’t be back.
