  I recommend taking your car here if you want superior service and affordable prices. Every staff member I dealt with was especially knowledge, friendly and professional. My car runs 100% better. I will be returning here for all my car repairs. Thank you ! *I will bring donuts.

  I had a wonderful evening experience this morning. Even with other car issues that needed to be addressed staff was not pushy. I had a terrible experience with AAA so I was a little anxious,but the staff understood and assured me my truck was taken care of. I was in and out quickly.

  I had such a great experience here! The entire team was incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. As a young woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going in for car service, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. They took the time to clearly explain the different oil options and pricing without trying to upsell me or push unnecessary add-ons. Gyiano handled my checkout and was especially personable. He went above and beyond! The manager popped in while I was waiting and made a little joke, which made the whole visit more enjoyable. It’s those small touches that really make a difference when you’re doing something as routine as an oil change. I highly recommend this place—this team truly deserves recognition for their excellent service!

  Went to get my oil changed and they told me they would not do it because the threads on my oil plug were too bare and they didn’t want to risk not being able to put it back in. Totally understand that; however I got on the main road to leave and as soon as I pulled out my engine started knocking and smoke was pouring out from under my hood. I tried to turn around asap but had to do wait to do a u turn at the light to get back. turns out they didn’t screw the filter back in and as I drove away it came out and all my oil poured out. In the couple minutes it took me to get back I could have seriously damaged my engine running with no oil. They “fixed” it and cleaned it up and put more oil in but the damage may already be done. I was very disappointed in the nonchalant responses I got when I tried to find out what happened and had to stop when they guided me out to even find out what they did. I don’t even know if they replaced the filter or put in a new one. I am very scared my engine is going to blow due to damage caused. I found out it only takes seconds for an engine running on no oil to have severe bearing damage.

  I want to start off by saying the woman at the front desk was great and the guy who greeted me when I pulled in was friendly. I came in for an oil change and to get two breaks replaced. After being in there for two hours I asked what the ETA was. I was then told that there was miscommunication and the wrong parts were received and that no one has yet gone out to get the correct ones… After discussion between the workers someone went out to get them and the process was complete. I spent a total of 3 hrs and 15 mins there and almost late for work. On top of all of that when I drove straight to work because I was running late I noticed my oil pan underneath my car isn’t even properly secured, so now I have to go back.. worst experience at a jiffy lube.
