  I have to rental 3/4 ton truck from them from time to time and these guys are the best. Easiest vehicle renting experience ever. Jonathan is top notch and very professional.

  What an amazing difference from this location to the location near the fairgrounds in Raleigh on Hillsborough St.... Kevin at the Glenwood Ave. location was awesome to deal with, easy booking, great pickup experience, and even a follow up call... If only the other location would get back to the basics like Kevin on Glenwood Ave. About 4 months ago I left an unfavorable review for the current manager at the Hillsborough location, keep in mind I left a great review for Ben at that location a few years back... Flash forward to last weeks booking when I walked in to rent yet another truck, he recognized me, and in favor of taking the opportunity to start over, and earn a customer back he began to argue with me about how he can't seem to erase my review. I told him that everything i said was true, and in favor of erasing the review I hope he worked on some of the issues, and that it was truly an awful experience, he began to berate me over the review in favor of accepting the fact that he is unfit for his job... I left, and immediately went to the Glenwood location, knowing he is just an unfit manager...When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin... A true representation of what Enterprise is... Thank you Kevin!! Great Job!
