    Excellent service! In and out, the entire team is vigilant and on top of it even with it being hectic with many customers, attentive and always asking if I’ve been taken care of! Super easy to swap vehicles and to continue extended service! Solid location and good communication

    It is one of the worst treatments of the company. One of the worst treatments is that they have racism in dealing. I was injured as a result of an accident. The insurance sent me to rent a car with the rental company. The first time, they gave me a mechanically disabled car and I did not want to receive it. After that, the girl said that there were no other cars after we paid. Then we called the insurance and they said to go and take a car. Indeed, the young man gave me another car. After that, the girl came and canceled the reservation and told us that there are no cars and that there are cars and the car I saw outside. I do not understand why this racism in dealing. It is one of the worst employees in dealing. I have waited more than four hours and I have an injury in my back, oh my God, what is this treatment? I do not recommend it.

    I had a terrible experience! The vehicle I was given was in completely unacceptable condition. The brakes were bad and caused the car to shake, which felt VERY unsafe to drive. On top of that, the car was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The worst part was finding roaches inside the vehicle. This was a serious safety and hygiene issue. I expected a reliable, clean car and got the exact opposite. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from here.

    Customer service when picking up the vehicle is usually a decent experience. The car they put you in however has always been a bit of a mess whether you’re being put into a luxury vehicle or not. We’ve picked up a few vehicles from this location a few times now and each time the car is dirty. Our most recent experience we had a Mercedes that was sticky all through the center console and controls as if the previous driver had spilled soda and it wasn’t cleaned up. The car also kept giving us notifications that it was due for services so I’m not sure how well maintained these vehicles actually are between reservations.

    I would like to update my previous review to a five-star experience. Initially, I left a negative review due to being under significant time pressure and experiencing high anxiety, as I had an important commitment to get to. I was also not placed in the vehicle I originally reserved. While the situation was frustrating, I do take accountability for arriving approximately an hour late to my reservation, which contributed to the complications. For future renters, I would strongly recommend arriving on time to help ensure a smoother experience. Although the initial process—traveling from Raleigh, North Carolina to Atlanta, Georgia and managing the vehicle swap—was challenging and included an unexpected overcharge, the resolution completely changed my perspective. Upon returning the vehicle in Raleigh, the manager, SuAnna, took the time to thoroughly review my concerns. She carefully examined my reservation, corrected the errors, ensured my information was properly updated, and resolved the billing issues. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to make things right truly stood out. Because of her efforts, I can confidently say this Enterprise location is fair, understanding, and committed to customer satisfaction. I genuinely appreciate the level of care provided and am happy to update my review accordingly.
