  Needed a rental car in an emergency situation for a trip leaving tomorrow. We reserved an SUV (durango) which is what is needed due to going through mountains and what I am used to driving. Got there and they did the bait and switch do not have it!! Only have a low-to-ground mini van. Unwilling to help and find a solution tonight such as picking one up at another enterprise on our trip!!! Said it is "an issue they are having with their system". So what are we supposed to do?? Still charged full price and no solution.

  This is downtown Raleigh. My experience wasn't the greatest; however, I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name. He redeemed himself, and I appreciate that. He realized the guy who washed the car did a terrible job. But I still don't understand why he would drive that car to me! He upgraded the vehicle, which I thought was why my husband paid the extra $ a day. IDK But 🤔

  The personnel picked me up from the car repair shop, and transported me to their location, where I picked up the rental car. I had the car for 22 days, and there were no issues at all. When my vehicle was ready, I dropped off the rental car at their location. Since the rental car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up, I made sure that the gas tank was filled upon its return.

  Alex and Damari were absolutely wonderful. Quick, efficient, clean & great customer service. I hope not to have to utilize Enterprise for another repair to my vehicle, however if I do I will definitely choose Enterprise because of them. They deserve bonuses just off their customer service alone. Thanks again for all yalls help! 💙

  Efficient friendly staff. Downtown raleigh is a good place to rent from if you're located nearby
