When I asked if they could refer me to a nearby Enterprise location, I was told they didn’t know and didn’t have time to assist. Instead, I was advised to call other locations myself to check availability and make a reservation. I was also told not to book a vehicle on the same day, which is confusing given that same-day booking is offered as an option. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked basic customer support.
