  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I reserved a vehicle online, received confirmation, and drove all the way out expecting everything to be ready. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have a car available. That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. If inventory isn’t guaranteed, that needs to be communicated clearly upfront so customers aren’t wasting their time and fuel. There was no real solution offered, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Just a “we don’t have it” after I had already made the trip. This is poor service and poor management of reservations. I would strongly recommend that this location improves how they handle bookings and communicates availability more honestly. Customers rely on reservations being honored — especially when transportation is involved. This experience fell far short of that expectation.

  I came to rent a car at 5:30 and brought all my original documents, but he insisted on a copy. I told him I could print it right away, but he said he was closing immediately. This was a terrible experience—very disappointing.

  The staff at South Wilmington St, Raleigh NC are very polite and helpful. They always had an option when no one else has, especially during the holidays season. Definitely recommend this center.
