    I have been renting from this enterprise for years and Jeremiah is the best manager that they have ever had there. Anytime there is an issue, he takes care of it with no problem. His customer service is impeccable, very knowledgeable about the business, and he always makes it an AMAZING experience with renting with enterprise. If anyone ever has an issue, just ask for Jeremiah.

    My experience at the RDU Enterprise location was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been renting from Enterprise for many years, but this was my first time at this location—and it truly stood out. The process was seamless and took no more than 5 minutes after checking in online. The return process was just as quick and easy. Every agent I encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend renting from Enterprise at RDU—or Enterprise in general. I will definitely be returning if I need a rental in the future! Great job Enterprise. Shaun Simpson

    Arrived at my noon appointment to find the door locked despite staff visibly serving other customers inside. An employee moving a vehicle blocked my access, costing me critical minutes. Called support twice and was promised a manager callback both times but never received either. Was forced to transfer to a second location at nearly double the cost with no clarity on billing. No accountability, no follow-through, no resolution.

    I made my reservation weeks in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable experience. The day before pickup, I was informed that the local location did not have the vehicle I reserved. During that conversation, our call was disconnected, and I was unable to reach the local Goldsboro office again despite multiple attempts. On the day of my reservation, I contacted the local store and was told that I did not have a reservation at all and that my confirmation number did not exist. This was both alarming and unacceptable. As a result, I was forced to drive an additional hour out of my way to secure a rental at the RDU airport location, where I incurred higher rental rates along with additional airport-related fees. I do want to note that the airport location staff was professional, helpful, and able to accommodate my request seamlessly under the circumstances. However, this only further highlighted the disappointment of the local office. The lack of communication, unclear explanation of what happened to my reservation, and overall absence of concern or accountability from the local branch was extremely disappointing. There was no meaningful effort made to resolve the issue, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and no proactive solution offered. The experience with the local Goldsboro NC office fell well below acceptable customer service standards. As a frequent customer, this experience is especially frustrating. I rely on your company for dependable service, and this situation did not meet that expectation.

    I appreciate the kind and thoughtful service that was given to me; especially being that it was 5:20 AM. The gentleman had removed 3 pieces of luggage from the trunk; but, I was super tired and not very attentive, and I’d forgotten about the other one in the back seat of the rental. The shuttle driver did not hesitate to calm my angst; and he assured me that he’d go get my bag, and bring it right back. He’d even radioed another driver to alert me that he had my bag, and was on his way back to the terminal! That is what I call superior customer satisfaction!
