  Victoria on Capital Blvd. was really an uptight individual. I was renting a car due to an accident and I called her "darling". In the south people say things like darling and sugar. Nothing disrespectful but she said her name was Victoria!!! Know the people you're servicing or find another line of work!!!!

  If I could give 0 I would. After flying internationally overnight with a small child, I called to let them know during my layover that I would be slightly late. They said they were trying to locate a car for me by the time I arrived but was told there was a chance they wouldn’t be able too. Told me to call once I landed In Raleigh. They did find me a car and I was so happy because I didn’t want my little family to be stranded somewhere we don’t know anyone. We paid $50 for an uber to go get our car. Find out I can’t rent the car because I don’t use credit cards, and two because I don’t have a NC drivers license to go with my debit card. I do have a chime “credit” card but it has my maiden name on it, other enterprises have allowed me to use it many times before. This location refused to use it. I even offered proof of ID showing that it was my maiden name on the card. Still Denied. They offered 0 help to us after being told we wouldn’t be able to rent. We ended up stranded waiting for a ride to get where we need for 8 hours. With a 1 year old who just flew internationally. The lack of remorse hurts. We are a military family that travels around and uses enterprise often. They walked away from us and just left us standing there. The emotional distress, the embarrassment and etc. will be something we will never forget.

  Terrible selection, wouldnt accept my card because its british, doesnt say on the website it HAS to be a credit card, you also NEED your passport on you to rent out a vehicle (if you have the right card they want to pay) Considering the size of the US, I had to uber to get there, then uber back, they dont even have free wifi incase your phone doesnt have data, had to walk a mile to find somewhere.
