  Asked for least expensive wash that includes underbody wash. Was told it was $24. Outrageous price, already felt like I was being scammed, but I was already there, so I accepted it. But the underbody was not washed! Called and was told only the $30 wash includes that. Requested a refund, which they refused.

  Horrible customer service at this location, ranging from flirtation to outright ignorance. Each visit to this car wash leaves me befuddled because they have the unmitigated gall to behave so unprofessionally at their place of work. I cancelled my membership.

  I just went through a zips car wash in Raleigh and it was a very bad experience. I paid for the $18 wash with undercarriage wash. The attendants have the cars going through the wash way too close and each individual wash timed too quickly. For reference, there was still soap on my car when I hit the dryer. Because of these my car came out of the wash just as dirty as when it went in. I have photos of my car immediately after the wash was completed and it doesn’t look like it even had water had touched my car. Complete waste of money!

  Tyler was exceptional, facility was clean with all the needed tools for a good car clea. Have to emphasize though, Tyler made the experience unique greeting with a smile and “can do” mentality to help in any way possible.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went to Zip’s Car Wash yesterday, as I normally do with my monthly membership. I sat in line while the employee took his sweet time checking the system, only for him to tell me that my membership had been canceled. Because of that, I was unable to get my car washed. Instead, he tried to sell me a one-time wash. To make matters worse, I was charged a monthly membership of $35 the very next morning. So let me get this straight — you tell me my membership was canceled last month, than try to sell me a single wash for one day, waste my time in line, and then still charge me a monthly membership fee while my membership was “ supposedly” canceled since last month? That is unacceptable. This feels disorganized and unprofessional. If your system is going to say a membership is canceled, then customers should not be charged. Period. This is very bad and I will be expecting a refund. Do better.
