Acting as if you’re dumb because you don’t know the rules of the drive thru car wash. They literally talked about how stupid customers were and how easy it was to figure out the rules of these car washes with no instructions on your first time through one. Very disrespectful. Poor customer service. They were very loud about it and didn’t seem to care if I heard or not. Paid at precisely 4:54 pm on January 5th 2026 for the gold wash and the disrespectful employees were a white guy with red hair and a black guy with longer hair. Both of them were pre spraying the cars. These two guys cost you the trial I was going to sign up for due to the terrible customer service and disrespectful employees and I will go out of my way to tell this story to everyone I know so those two employees don’t get a chance to disrespect anybody I know.

Today when I tried to get a car wash, I was told that I couldn’t pay cash unless I wanted a voucher for my change because they could not even give me change. This just tells me that they don’t maintain anything. Their car wash their machines that take payment this is a very poor car wash. Do not recommend it.

The wash was broken, but nobody was directing cars away, so a few of us paid and then were trapped after the gates came back down, waiting for them to fix it. I asked for no blowers at the end, and still got blowers. My car came out of the wash visibly dirty with gunk that I was able to simply wipe off with a paper towel. The vacuum at the station I first parked at was broken. I don't know how it's possible that so many things went wrong in succession. I asked for a refund of my $12 wash, and they were apologetic and agreed-- but then the refund never actually came through. It took me like, 45 minutes just to get through this entire experience with a half-clean car. The employees were nice, but I won't be back here.
