  Easy, quick, efficient staff / oil change from the moment I pulled in! I was kindly directed to a lane and quickly served. I usually dread oil changes but not at Valvoline in Raleigh! Specifically, Angel was wonderful. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and appreciated him showing me my air filter vs telling me I just need to buy one. I also enjoyed hearing everyone working so well together. Even had what I assume a manager ask if I needed anything (few and far between at car services). This was my third or fourth time receiving my oil change here and I will continue to come back! I also would like to note the efficiency was excellent even during a busy time (lunch hour) with several other cars. I also appreciate the coupon I find online! Thank you valvoline and thank you angel!!

  The team member I did not see the total 18-point maintenance check. I had to ask him to check my tire pressure. The reason why is because my air pressure light was on, so I didn't see him check it. I asked him about it, and he said no I didn't check it, so he bend down as if he was checking it, but I only seen him bend down as if he was checking and never seen him go around the total car and check all 4 tires. I don't think I should have had to ask him to do that because it says online this 18-point maintenance check this is required. Also, just fyi the next day I had to go to a tire shop and get the tire check, and I had a nail in the tire. The team member that does the data entry part of his job and takes payment seems lazy and not serious about my visit as I took it. I was a new customer at your location. Thank you.

  I’ve been going to this location for quite some time-The energy is always good with each employee and they communicate with you about everything thoroughly. Good vibes and a smooth transaction. The team that last served me was Angel, Taylor, and William- good guys for sure! Tell a friend to tell a friend that this is the best, quickest, and cleanest location in Raleigh.

  I went right after 7 in the morning and the team was highly efficient and very warm. They had me in and out in about 10-15 minutes without making me feel rushed. This is my 4th or 5th time coming to this location an I am very pleased with the service every time. Even on days when I’ve had to wait in line, they have me in and out efficiently. I believe the man who helped me this morning was Brian along with the Manager Daniel. Brian had great customer service and I appreciate his help! Daniel checked in to make sure I was having a good experience and both made sure to ask if I had any questions. Thank you for making an early morning errand so pleasant.

  Highly recommend this Valvoline location and team member Brian at the 300 East Six Forks location in Raleigh, NC! I have gone to several different valvoline locations across NC over the past 6 years and always find myself returning due to the professionalism, top notch customer service, and consistency of service. The staff members are always friendly and take the time to really educate you on the services performed on your car. Additionally, they always have promotional deals that help take a few extra dollars off of your total. Valvoline is the best. Brian, you rock!
