Garner, NC, and after having my oil change, both of my cars began to leak oil. I never had this issue before, after many oil changes. I reported the problem, and I was told that because my car had over 100k miles, they could not be responsible for any oil leak. So, i took my other vehicle to another shop, the Grease Monkeyfor and oil change and the technician s change tated that he could not or he was afraid to do the oil change because the last place tighten the plug to tight. I went back to the Valvoline shop and they change my oil, but would not take for the leak because once again my had over 100k miles. I had to repair my car and now I have to get my truck repair. If you vehicle is over 100k don't go to Valvoline
