- TSTristin StatenJan 20, 20261.0I brought a company truck I drive to this Peterbilt location because I expected a higher level of expertise. The main issue was a radiator that constantly appeared to be leaking fluid- something multiple other mechanics couldn't diagnose. Peterbilt claimed they tested it and found no leaks. I also mentioned a separate issue where the truck would occasionally lose power while shifting. When I picked the truck up, the radiator warning light was still on. On top of that, they had turned the overflow valve toward the engine, so now any overflow spills directly onto the engine instead of away from it. The power-loss issue while shifting wasn't fixed either-in fact, it became worse and more frequent. I brought the truck back again, and for the third time, the truck was not ready when they said it would be. Now the radiator alarm is still going off, there's a noticeable hissing sound, and there's yet another leak. At this point, the truck is in worse condition than when I first brought it in, despite multiple visits. The only positive thing I can say is that Kenny was cool and professional throughout the process. He even tried to get the head mechanic to walk out there with me to see and hear the issues but the mechanic didn't want to. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the ongoing mechanical issues, poor follow-through, and lack of resolution. I vouched for peterbilt to my company when they didn't want me to bring the truck to them. I will never make that mistake again.
