The service department there helped me navigate getting the truck towed to the location. Had the truck diagnosed and fixed within 72 hours. The repair was covered under the red oval warranty. As a small independent business partnering with a company with this type of communication and service is essential for success. Thanks again to Keagan and the service team at Raleigh TLG. He was very rude and loud, cursing excessively using the F word continuously. I have never been made to feel so small and belittled in my life being basicly told I didnt know what i was talking about it was normal and just drive it. Left without even going inside, will never be back to another TLG again.
