- LCLisa CarolinaMar 2, 20265.0Fixed my windshield with no issues and even was able to come to fix it at an earlier time than scheduled.
- DJderek jemsonFeb 27, 20261.0I have had prior work with safelite and had great results from repairs and installation. This time however was less than satisfactory. I made a claim through my insurance company and automatically safelite was their first choice for a small glass repair. I made the appointment three weeks later was only spot available. Tech called when on the way . I was at work all day. 20 min I got a txt saying he arrived . Five minutes later I got a txt saying job completed. I was like wow fast . However after getting home I saw the results, I could of done better with a kit from AutoZone I called safelite to explain that the tech didn’t repair the glass correctly. They only offered to replace the glass in my deductible which was 1000 . So I decided to call insurance company and send out a different glass company. Caliber glass came out saw the repair and Said it was a very poor repair but should Stable. Unfortunately cannot do anything do to repair was done with Pit fill . Now I’m stuck with a cracked windshield Do to improperly trained personnel.

When it spread, I contacted my leasing company who approved the replacement, they forwarded me to the Safelite website where I made an appointment at a convenient time. They informed me of any costs and deductibles. They provided me a couple of well placed reminders and when I showed up at the site, they checked me in very professionally, made sure that I understood the process, told me the estimated timeframe (3 hours). The car disappeared and reappeared less than an hour later where the technician told me that it was done and all my safety systems were recalibrated. I was in and out in a little over an hour and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this location and their technicians!
