He was also very professional, polite, friendly and efficient. I was really happy that he went the extra mile and replaced the velcro straps for my ez pass without me asking or anything. Cant beat a company that comes to you at your convenience and provides quality service! I will definitely use Safelite again should the need arise.

- RSRosco ScottDec 7, 20251.0I'll try and give the abbreviated version because this is a long story. Safelite replaced my windshield, several, months ago. The first technician lied and said he couldn't recalibrate the forward facing camera because his scan tool was malfunctioning. I was told I had to take it to their physical location where there were better technicians. That technician diagnosed it as not being able to adjust the camera because the screw was stripped out. They made me sign a form basically saying I wouldn't sue them if I got in a wreck because my camera wasn't working and sent me home. I reached out to the manager on multiple occasions at this location, I have never received a reply. Using AI, I figured out who the regional manager was and reached out to them. He was very helpful for a period of time sending me to a different location that he said was filled with better people. Unfortunately, after replacing the new windshield with a factory spec windshield, the camera still didn't work. I was told then that it was on me to take it to a dealership and have it fixed and I might get reimbursed. If you know anything about dealerships, they suck as well. The dealership was unable to fix the camera. They didn't even give me a follow up plan. I had to have my truck to work out of so I couldn't just leave it there indefinitely. They had already held it hostage for two weeks. Anyways, after a terrible experience with Safelite and a terrible experience with yet another dealership. I'm still left with a broken truck that does not work properly And is unsafe to drive. Do not use Safelite!
