We brought our nearly-new Honda to Piperformance after the side of our SUV was dented, creased, and scraped by a metal construction barrier during a windstorm. Everyone at Piperformance was very friendly and great to work with. We were kept informed of the progress frequently, and Piperformance worked well with our insurance company when additional damage was discovered. Our Honda was finished on time and looks great! I highly recommend Piperformance.

We all know anyone can have a bad day but when you are used to getting superior service it can be shocking and disappointing. Jaime personally stepped in to make sure the situation was resolved as best could be under the circumstances and therefore keeps a customer and gets another 5 star review. It is great to be able to trust someone with your vehicle and know things are done right and ethically. This is the place to take your vehicle in Raleigh!
- ADAndy DeLuciaOct 17, 20251.0Dealer had damaged my practically new truck and sent it there for repair. Got truck back and there was an issue with the clear coat and what looked like a shoe print transfer that would not come out. Take it back to be repaired and more issues showed up they claimed it was factory defect. Dealer agreed to have it repaired again and it took them a few times to try to get the paint work right. They could not get the emblem on straight and the decal had to get redone. I get back the truck and it’s an absolute mess, filthy.They left an emblem and a tool in my truck. If you don’t care what your vehicle looks like go there. Go there all day. It’s as if they did not care. I think they are the factory defect. Poor workmanship and disrespectful. My entire drivers side has halo looking polish marks I will have to pay to get it corrected. Thanks guys
