  Stay away from this place. I specifically ordered a cargo van for my move today. Moving is already pretty stressful. When I arrived they did NOT have a van and said to take a truck. I didn’t need a truck, I needed the van I reserved, the reservation was made a week ago. I didn’t receive a text or call. When the woman at the front desk called her manager to see what was going on he was extremely rude a short with her and said I could take a truck and hung up. The rude managers name is RYAN. ALSO, I would like to make it known that the woman at the front desk was very sweet and apologized on his behalf, hopefully she can find a better company to work for because this ain’t it. RYAN may want to find another job if he’s so miserable. Anyone that speaks to their employees and customers so rudely should probably hit the road. I have a 250 deposit on my card for absolutely no reason and that better not be an issue to resolve. My two year old that I had to cart out to Penske today for absolutely no reason is sick and has a fever, I have a million other things that need my attention and this was a ridiculous inconvenience. This could’ve been handled professionally in so many other ways. I’m beyond frustrated and unhappy. I’ll never use Penske again, what a joke.

  Very rude employee. My husband went there to return a car dolly and she just told him "park it there", no receipt, no paperwork or evidence it was returned.
