  Shane is an absolute rockstar in his role as a moving truck sales clerk, and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment I walked in, he took control of the entire process, handling every question with professionalism, and offering detailed, knowledgeable advice on each vehicle. It quickly became clear that Shane goes above and beyond; he’s genuinely like two employees in one with how efficiently he manages customer needs while juggling multiple other tasks. Not only does he make each customer feel valued, but he also brings a level of energy and commitment that’s rare to find. Shane is a tremendous asset to this company, and in my opinion, he deserves a promotion and a raise. His hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction stand out, and I’m certain he’s a big reason why customers keep coming back. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others, thanks to Shane’s exceptional service!

  Penske truck rental to me are the Royce of high end truck rental but if i really had that type of money....yea....i would go with them...but i can only go with getting storage😊😊😊

  Twice they give away the truck I had reserved on line, and when I went there to get it they said we don't have it and they tried to cover up the mistake they made with an excuse that don't make sense. And then they won't after to help me out by finding the right truck even after I explain to them that I had traveled in a plain all the way from Iowa to North Carolina and paid lots of money thinking I will get what I rented is ready like the email or the text I got from them saying Your truck will be ready on this day for pick up. I could've just rented one from Iowa and saved so much money. I end up going to U- hall any way, after spending 2 extra days in north Carolina and wasted extra money on hotels and rental car. Thank you very much!! Even after I tried to call copret hoping they will at least talk to the guy how did it to me twice in 2 years, the same mistake he give away my truck to another customer. But they didn't care to call in and straight him up so he won't do it to others.
