  I didn’t have a great experience the first time I came here, but this second visit changed everything! The worker (Zach) was so nice, came out to my car to have me show him what my issue was instead of just having me verbally explain it. He was able to immediately tell me what was wrong with my tire and said it would be a quick fix. It didn’t take to long on a saturday morning as a walk in with no appointment!

  Let me tell you guys something. This team here is AMAZING! I had gone to another shop before this and they refused to help me. I called around to find help and no one BUT MAVIS was willing to help me! If y’all want great, speedy service, COME HERE!

  Awesome experience! They were able to get me in ahead of my scheduled appointment since I was limited on time. The waiting area was clean and the complimentary wi-fi made it easy for me to get some work done while they did my oil change & tire rotation. Professional staff and none of the upselling nonsense I usually get at other places. I'll definitely be coming back!

  I went there seeking two new tires for my 2013 Accord I bought the tires rolled off and the car shook better than when I had the old tires on I told the technician that I don't think they balance the tires correctly and I was told that I needed a full set of tires that all my tires were bad I left again and the car rode the same way ended up having to come back the next day.. the next day upon coming back they did what I said and it turns out I didn't need four new tires I needed the one tire balance that they did. I asked to be compensated in some type of way and I was told that I was good for a free oil change. I call a couple of months later when I need the oil change and they say my name is not in the system and the manager that told me that is no longer here. The green leaf tires that I have on my car or terrible in them switching through four different managers in 3 months stay away from the place at all costs!!!! And I have nothing against the homeless but they have a homeless shelter behind their business and you have people running up on you with mental problems while you getting your car serviced terrible store!!!

  Price was the cheapest i found and the Salesman was good at his job he sold me over the phone but tried to jack up the price in store though. That was quickly corrected once I started protesting.... major issue was that the mechanics are obviously inexperienced, lack any professional courtesy, argue about who's gonna do the work, then take absolutely the longest time in order to complete the most simple of task. Only 2 tires took over two hours to change and there was no one ahead of me. Literally, after the mechanics squabbled about who was gonna do it, the vehicle was immediately pulled in. 2 hours later im on my way.... overall decent prices good sales reps but they acted like they were working for the state four guys standing around one guy halfway working for the customer...
