  Getting information on anything was almost impossible and required a significant amount of questioning. An itemized bill displayed on a screen that I could see? Nope! (Just swipe your credit card here for the total. After I asked, you can come around here and see the items on my screen. But why isn't that always available). Comparisons of the speed ratings of different tires? Nope! Maybe an tablet showing the different tires I was considering lined up nest to each other. Nope! Documentation on temp rating or tread wear rating? Nope! Did you show me the measurements of tread wear on my tire? Not until the third time I asked! Did you even show me the tire that I was interested in buying? Nope not until I asked! Never again!!!!!!!

  After being told by Discount tire the wheel and tire from my Honda Talon needed to be replaced because it was leaking from the bead, I went up the street to Mavis Tires & Brakes because I knew the guy at discount tire was wrong. I walked in, the gentleman came outside with me and took the wheel in the shop and repaired it quickly. This place has earned a future customer and I will refer them to whoever I know that needs tire services. I didn't catch the guy name that helped me but I appreciate your quick and professional services. 🇺🇲😎

  The tire pressure light showed up in my car. Even after filling it with air, it still remained. I made an appointment online (so convenient). I assumed there was something faulty with the tire pressure sensor, which happened in a previous car. Nope, it was a flat that they patched quickly. Thank you!

  I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They went above and beyond for me when I was in a tough spot. They could have easily taken advantage of my desperation, but instead, they showed true honesty and kindness. It’s so rare to find a business with that kind of integrity these days. I’m beyond grateful for their help, and I’ll gladly drive an hour and a half to come back here whenever I need new tires. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer!

  My tire started making a bubbling noise around 5 p.m. I called Mavis, and Yuri answered. I asked if it would be okay to come by even though they closed at 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:20 p.m., prepared to wait and brought some work with me but Adrian took care of it so quickly that I barely had time to get settled! Yuri had exceptional customer service skills and was very welcoming throughout the entire experience.
