  Made an appointment for an inspection. Appointment 2 O’clock Vehicle finished at 4 O’clock Waited one hour and ten minutes then was told the mechanic had to finish an axle replacement before he could get my inspection. One hour 45 minutes, still not done Terrible communication and poor service. No use making an appointment. Meaningless. I won’t be returning here and don’t recommend using this business

  The guys were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I believe I was the last appointment of the day, and I never felt Like they were rushing just to get through my appointment so they could leave, they took the time to make sure they explained everything that was going on with my tires, it Was an extremely positive interaction and the customer service is what made it I will definitely be recommending this particular location.

  Bad deal. I was told that I needed tires during an oil change, I could not do all 4 at the time and I asked if two would do until the next oil change. Tech said yes & I purchased two tires with the warranty. Next oil change I was asked if I wanted the two tires & I again purchased the warranty. To my surprise when I come in due to running over some road debris, the tech tells me that they cannot patch the tire and that Just Tires could only sell me a set of tires because my car was AWD, this happen two weeks before the snow/ice storm. The warranty that I purchased was not valid & that I should not have been sold two tires at different times. I understand that warranties are not forever on tires but the tires were purchased in June & September.

  Just Tires on Capital Blvd saved the day! Last night my tire blew out on i95 from shrapnel, and after changing to a low psi donut, driving under 25mph to locate 4 non-working air stations, successfully airing up and then driving the remaining trip home on back roads at 35-50mph, needless to say, I was eager to get this donut off and my tires replaced ASAP. Michelle was able to fit me in their schedule this morning and start my car right away, addressing all my concerns about checking for damages with an estimate on hand, and Robert patiently answered all of my questions about road hazard protection (worth it!), payment, and rebates. Although busy, all of the staff were friendly, and the waiting room was accommodating. My Subi is running great again, thanks guys! 🙏🏼☺️
