    It was Sunday morning and I noticed my tire pressure warning continues to go on. I have taken it to the dealership twice and they tell me it is the change in weather- well Ariyohn found otherwise. He found a hairline crack in the rim causing the leak. - this is a safety hazard! Thanks to his persistence and expertise I will not be driving on my road trip with this situation. A shout out to Dani as well- she was so patient to educate and fit me in the crazy schedule they had. I am off to the dealership tomorrow to have the rim replaced and thanks to this team- I am not driving a car that could have been a danger to my safety. Highly recommend this team- they make a difference!

    I only gave one star because I could not submit a zero! My car was dropped off via tow yesterday afternoon at 2PM. They will not tell me when it’s going to be ready today or where it is in que due to it being a “drop off!”The guy on the phone was so rude I hung up! Never will I use this disorganized place again. Not to mention they tried to sell me all four tires and the tire damage only required a PATCH per the technician!

    Always a great experience when I use this location for tires and services. Been going here for years and never had a bad time. Went in today for a flat and Jackson was especially helpful in getting me patched up and tire back onto the car. Even finished well before the time I was expecting.
