Once they finished and I paid, I went to my car and they had left oil all over the outside of my car (driver and passenger doors) as well as inside my car on the interior (console, drivers seat, and steering wheel). I have light tan interior and a white car so the oil was very apparent. For them to have not taken the time to clean off those spots or even show that they cared about taking care of my car was not appreciated at all. I will not go back to this location.

Instead, I witnessed an alarming lack of respect for my vehicle. After completing the inspection, the staff allowed an employee - who clearly did not know how to operate a manual transmission - to attempt driving my car out of the bay. Rather than assigning someone qualified, other employees stood outside the vehicle shouting instructions through the window on how to operate the car. The result was the engine revving at high RPMs with the clutch partially engaged, accompanied by the unmistakable burning smell of the clutch. This was not only unprofessional, it was reckless. A customer’s vehicle should never be treated as a 'how to drive' training tool. I had to intervene and request that someone who actually knew how to drive a manual take over. The fact that this situation occurred at all speaks volumes about the lack of oversight and respect for customers’ property. If you value professionalism and care for your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. A state inspection should not come with the risk of unnecessary wear — or worse — due to staff incompetence. Your $30 inspection could become a $3000 clutch rebuild.
