- CHCindy Hicks4 days ago5.0The wait for a vehicle inspection was not long. Staff was very courteous and professional. Ms. Lucas gave an update on service needed and I was quickly on my way. I would recommend this location.
- CWC WMar 4, 20261.0I paid $164.00 for an oil change and tire rotation (oil change was $109 and tire rotation $30)!! I have NEVER paid close to $100 for an oil change. I felt like I got ripped off. It was my first time at that particular location and the cost was $109+$30 which is $139 but my total was $164.00. So, I paid $25 sales tax for the service? It would have been way cheaper to go back to the dealership but I assumed it would be cheaper there. And to make matters worse, there was a slight smell of weed in my vehicle!!! I hate the smell of weed and it pissed me off that whomever was in my vehicle smelled like weed! Like seriously, this is beyond ridiculous!!!!!

How is it possible that each location is finding something different from the other location and not even the even the same problem from the previous location?? Makes me feel like they are not following a certain law or everyone is doing what every they want. We paid $60 so far for inspection and things that dont need to be fixed. Very unprofessional someone needs to monitor these people

Obviously that's unacceptable, so I left without service, & WILL NOT return to a Jiffy Lube ever again!! I didn't get her name.. Yuck!!! 0 stars Service this bad invokes a response that's fitting. It was unsolicited, but what else should we expect from a girl who changes oil for a living at the oil station. Eww!
- RWRobert WedderburnFeb 25, 20262.0I usually have good reports going to this location but on 02/09/2026 I went with my 2017 Ford Explorer to get a state inspection. Two staff members including the manager said it could not be done because my diagnostic port was incorrect. Just FYI, they need to upgrade their equipment because I had no problem having it done at Firestone.
