He probably won't see this review but there was a technician that helped me today. He changed my flat out with my spare. I was really anxious and stressed and he could tell. In that moment he gave me a huge hug and told me whatever was going on was going to be okay. I can't express how much that meant to me. All I can say is that I hope your pockets are always full, the wind is always at your back, and that you always catch the green lights. The world needs more people like you in it. Thanks for your kindness today.

6 days after my oil change I noticed a lot of oil under my vehicle in the driveway. The oil filter was leaking badly. I had lost 3 quarts of oil in that time period!! An engine would have cost me $14,000 +!!! I should have known when I had to get a rag to wipe off oil all over my console! I left a message for a call back, and got nothing! Do better!!!

Shoutout to Kevin and the whole crew too! I’ve gotten my oil changed here twice now, and I’ll say as a young woman I’ve been to a couple shops where people treat me (and charge me $$) like I don’t know what I’m doing. This whole place has always been insanely respectful of both my time and wallet. If you’re able to get your car serviced here, do it!

If you value your car stay away from this location. I needed a quick oil change and came in with a 50% off coupon, the sales person who referred to himself as the “master mechanic “ assured me he could do better than the 50% because I am a health care worker. He gave me a price for oil and tire rotation. He then told me my coolant needs to be replaced. I asked what coolant do they use and that’s when he went into a dialogue about being a master mechanic and he would only use coolant that exceeds manufacture recommendations. I told him I needed to know what brand he was going to use because it is a Mercedes and the wrong fluid can cause serious damage. He took me to the garage and it was a free for all. There were more than 5 guys pulling at my car carrying on like they were kindergarteners. I asked how many people does it take to do an oil change. He told me they were in training. But pointed to some guy and said but he is a master mechanic just like me. He pulled the specs on my car and assured me he was using manufacturer recommendations I agreed. It took way longer than expected , and I went to see what was going on. I saw him pouring green coolant into the top reservoir even though we discussed G 40 fluids and color is blue or orange. It had to have been intentional since he assured me he was using manufacturers specs and was aware of my concerns. He then pulled my car out without rotating the tires. When I tried to speak to him about what happened he was clearly annoyed and pulled my car back into the shop. Magically that is when my windshield fluid tank suddenly stopped holding windshield wiper fluid it was spilling out all over the place. They did not rotate the tires, I know because I have one cap on the car different from the rest and it was in the same place it was when I brought the car in. He came back in and charged me more than the quote. The 50% coupon would have been less. When I tried to communicate he went full on confrontation. He was clearly trying to intimidate me. It was a very toxic environment. There was zero intention to offer customer service or to discuss what had happened. I was running late and I had to go. I was also not going to engage with someone who had no intention of listening or cooperating. I tried to call Jiffy Lube Customer service to report the issue, but they had no option to speak to anyone so I sent an email. I have scheduled service to have the coolant replaced to avoid the damage that will be caused. I can understand incompetence, and an honest mistake. I can also understand taking responsibility and making things right. What I can't understand is having a discussion about the correct fluid and intentionally adding the wrong color to top it off because you were either too lazy to get the proper fluid or you intentionally wanted to cause harm. As I paid he said in a very obnoxious voice, have a great day, Jiffy Lube appreciates your business comeback soon. It was said with such disrespect the message was clear. He only wanted to intimidate and bully me. I can only imagine how many people are unknowingly being taken advantage of at this location I can only wonder how many people’s cars are actually being destroyed intentionally. Update1/20/26: After speaking with management they agreed to put the correct G40 coolant into my car. But they failed to rotate the tires because their air guns don’t work. They also said that the wiper fluid tank was cracked and declined to fix it. When I got home I had a look at it, and it appears someone pounded it from inside the tank, probably with a socket extension. They said they would give me a free oil change, to make up for the aggravation they caused, but that was word of mouth. Nothing in writing, they said they would remember. I raised my rating from a 1 star to a 2 for correcting the improper coolant, but I shouldn’t have had to deal with this in the first place. I am certain the “master” mechanic damaged my windshield wiper tank and intentionally put the improper coolant in.
