He has been the one and only owner since putting the Intoxalock into this car. I have had to replace the battery twice, I’ve been falsely locked out because I was ““ manipulating the system.” (I’ll go ahead and add this part I walk with a walker I don’t have range of motion to my shoulders or my wrist so there’s absolutely no way I was up under my hood disconnecting a battery) I will say cheaper is not always better. Spend the extra little bit. Go to ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I will say the lady that works there So I’m sure it can be determined on who this is she is excellent. She is thorough. She is kind She gets it. She has customer service etiquette. Don’t get me started about whoever the I’m sorry to have to Say it but the African-American fellow is who tends to stay in the back unless he wants to come out and talk crap to you. He’ll also hang up the phone on you saying he don’t deal with that. I’ve reported him several times. He’s now being investigated and so is The Raleigh location per the DMV don’t go there. Don’t do it to yourself and your car!!!!
