  I brought my car in for a quote only. Somehow that turned into them ordering parts and scheduling repairs I never approved. Yes, I signed paperwork (my mistake for trusting and being rushed), but I repeatedly said I did NOT want work done. A week later I get a text saying my car will be finished soon and parts were already ordered. Surprise! When I called, no one even knew who I was at first. Then I was told I’d have to pay for parts and restocking fees just to get my own car back. It gets better. I pick up my “untouched” car and the battery is dead, the hood won’t latch, and there are no headlights installed. I had to ratchet-strap my hood shut like I was transporting scrap metal. When I asked for my removed parts back, they handed me some of mine… and some mystery parts that apparently belonged to other people. If you enjoy confusion, surprise charges, and leaving with fewer functional parts than you arrived with — this is your place. -10000/10. Would not recommend.

  I was in a car accident 7/15/25 The accident was very minor damage to the Front left of my car,. My car was driving great before the accident. I initially had it towed to Thompson Cadillac vc they always do great work. My insurance State Farm said they were out of network, to take it to one of thier shops. They recommend Gerber collision. So I had it towed to Gerber collision on 7/18, I didn't get my car back from Gerber till 9/3...👎, when I picked it up I was told it was having misfire problems.. They claim it had this problem when I dropped it off. Lies. They took almost 2mo to fix my car, they could've called me anytime to let me know about the misfire but they didn't.👎 on 9/3 Lindsey from Gerber said the misfiring wasn't claim related, so its my problem. My car drove horrible the day I picked it up. I took it to pep boys for a diagnostic, they said it needed spark plugs, coils, tune up etc.. Gerber collision definitely hiding something. They could've let me know about the misfire in advance instead of the day I pick it up 👎 Definitely shouldn't had taken 2mo to fix👎. Thompson Cadillac fixed my car in 2 weeks with the same damage. I don't recommend bringing your car to Gerber collision. I had to pay for a rental car for forty five days. That's expensive That's 30 days rental covered by my insurance, then additional 45 days rental 👎 Also the work was very Sloppy. I had to go back to Gerber collision and have the. Fix it again. They didn't fix it correctly the second time either. Thanks Kelly 👎😡
