  A few weeks ago my car ran out of gas during rush hour in front of Falls village Exxon. I was in a dangerous situation and two great Falls Village Exxon employees helped me push my car across three lanes of traffic into the gas station. I offered to pay them and they refused so the least I can do is to tell the world how generous and helpful they are by this review.

  I have been going to a German car mechanic since I moved to Raleigh 18 months ago. They got it wrong every time and charged very high prices. My last misadventure was last week when I had my battery replaced. 5 days later, car totally dead and would not take a charge. Enter my heroes at Falls Village! Had my car towed there and they got to me in right away. Old mechanic failed to connect new battery properly and these guys knew exactly what to do and had me on my way. My neighbor, who also has a German car, referred them to me as being honest, hardworking, not about ripping you off and very good mechanics. I was not disappointed and so happy to have a good place to take my car. They were also kind and polite,

  Have had several needs over years for tire repair because of tire tread puncture, and these guys have been Johnny on the Spot, had me in and out in literal minutes and with very reasonable charge. This service has helped to avoid having to buy a new tire and they're the first crew I call when needed.

  When a person pays for a diagnostic, they should receive a diagnostic work sheet like Firestone, Ammoco, Sears etc provide, not BOBBY telling me his opinion. Pay for a service thats is what you should get, not an explanation. Makes me wonder now that BOBBY was so defensive if he even performed a diagnostic amd got called on it. Well thats what lawyers are for!!!!!!
