What a mess !! my family and I have used them but this was the last straw very disappointed in them for ruining my thanksgiving holiday. We reserved a suv to travel and when we went to pickup day before thanksgiving , Well there was no suv for 7 so person helping us stated they never get cars that large. Well that’s not true we have rented some in the pass Then we were sent to Rdu airport on a wild goose chase to get a car. Well guess what they didn’t have anything for us. So we didn't get to go have dinner with family out of town. So again this company is very incompetent The people here don’t care about you They were to busy trying to leave and get there party started I will take my business elsewhere because I don’t want to worry about being disappointed or left high and dry again.

Unfortunately, the gentleman who was to transport me to pick my car up at a collision repair shop was HORRIBLE! He was rude, irritated and obviously havin a bad day! That doesn’t give him a pass, it just wasn’t a good look for all his coworkers who went above and beyond to satisfy their customer.

- CCconcern CitizenJan 19, 20261.0They rent really dirty cars. The cars I was offered was covered in dirt and what looked like salt (had Colorado tags). I was ashame to drive it. We were told they only clean the interior of their cars and they don't wash cars during winter months and I would have to have it washed myself. He made reference to the pipes could bust if they wash cars this time of year. It was a little chilly but not freezing that day . I asked for a different color (so the dirt was not as obvious until I could run it through a car wash. ENTERPRISE has gone down hill. In my 65 years of living, I have never experienced anything like this at any car rental.
