  Let me go ahead and save people some time. I’ve rented from here a couple times and it’s always been 5-Star. But today, I see Enterprise as a whole in a different light. It’s not even about this location in particular, especially if this is the whole company’s policy. There’s no way anyone can convince me that this debit card policy is not created to specifically target a certain demographic of people. Coming to a place where I’ve rented cars with no problem previously only to find that because of how I’m renting a car today I’m not good enough or allowed to rent…is mind boggling. The only bill in my name and not my husband’s is the water utility bill. Regardless of signing in to my account, that literally shows my current address on the dashboard, name, & acct # (that’s also on the current pay stub I also provided)….my bill isn’t on autopay so it says $225 past due. I’m like, ok I can pay it now….unfortunately since that’s not printed on the PDF bill…nope not good enough, can’t take it. Oh and if it was $100.01, according to the worker it doesn’t matter. You’re telling me a real human being with eyes looking at a current account and address doesn’t have the power to say, ‘yes this is legitimate’? Instead they stand there like they believe in their heart this isn’t complete BS. It just doesn’t sit right with me. And I’m not the type to complain or take offense to everything…..but Enterprise is CLEARLY discriminating against a certain type of people. Also, the same person who said even if my utility bill account showed current, that they couldn’t accept it…someone on the phone turned in a car that smelled like smoke but they suddenly had ways to bypass charging that customer a smoking fee. JUST WOW. Crazy how that works. Never again. And I’m saving somebody some time…know the policy before you go. I thought I did, I thought I was in the system as a customer since I’ve rented with no problem in the past. Nope.

  Tried to get through to the branch from 3:38pm-4:29pm today, just trying to get me receipt emailed as I had not received it yet. No one picked up the phone, just sat listening to the prerecorded message (the message did stop once, and I was hopeful someone had picked up, but when I said "hello" into the silence the call ended, so hoping that was a connection error, I called back immediately).... Unsure how a ringing phone can go unanswered for almost an hour, especially since I selected to speak to a representative at the branch itself.....

  Employees I dealt with were wonderful and loved the vehicle I was given to drive. Easy pick up and return experience!
