    We had a very bad experience with this company. We had booked a minivan with them and on the same day of our trip , one hour before receiving the car, they sent a text message saying no cars are available! How convenient ! They ruined our whole vacation. Customer service was so cold in his answers, inefficient and unhelpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company. At least I know I wont.

    Great location! They checked my returned vehicle, were friendly and I was in and out in 5 minutes! FYI: parking is going to be where it says extra storage in that lot, if the gate is closed just call the location and they’ll open it for you! Very happy!

    Enterprise on South Street in Raleigh, North Carolina. Is an A+ plus location. The staff is kind and courteous and you never have to wait to get your vehicle. They greet you with a big smile and they always wanna help. I really appreciate the team. Shout out to Benjamin for forgetting me the vehicle that I needed. Great team on South Street

    On the fly, I needed something changed with my reservation and had a hard time with the 1-800 number. Alex at the local branch made the changes needed and was really accommodating. The whole transaction was really fast and straightforward, great service.
