  This is downtown Raleigh. My experience wasn't the greatest; however, I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name. He redeemed himself, and I appreciate that. He realized the guy who washed the car did a terrible job. But I still don't understand why he would drive that car to me! He upgraded the vehicle, which I thought was why my husband paid the extra $ a day. IDK But 🤔

  The personnel picked me up from the car repair shop, and transported me to their location, where I picked up the rental car. I had the car for 22 days, and there were no issues at all. When my vehicle was ready, I dropped off the rental car at their location. Since the rental car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up, I made sure that the gas tank was filled upon its return.

  Alex and Damari were absolutely wonderful. Quick, efficient, clean & great customer service. I hope not to have to utilize Enterprise for another repair to my vehicle, however if I do I will definitely choose Enterprise because of them. They deserve bonuses just off their customer service alone. Thanks again for all yalls help! 💙

  Awful. Had a car reserved here after an accident for Friday. Said they didn’t have it so I could wait for one as they cleaned one. I waited, and then they wouldn’t let me pay by Apple Pay. Came back on Monday, they said they still didn’t have it despite knowing I needed a car after an accident.
