Eventually, I was given a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SW 4WD in black, which was a beautiful vehicle and the only one I truly liked. Unfortunately, the key fob was defective. I feel a vehicle with that type of issue should have been removed from the lot before being rented. After just one day, the car began having additional problems with locking and starting, so I had to return it. After returning that vehicle, I was then given a 2024 black Jeep Compass Latitude 4WD. The car was not clean, and when staff attempted to clean it, they explained that the power washer was frozen and unavailable. At that point, I was already frustrated with the service, so I accepted the vehicle as-is and carried on with my day. Overall, while the staff made some effort to help, the repeated vehicle issues and cleanliness concerns made the experience inconvenient and disappointing.
