Every employee at the Wilmington Street location is young and rude!… even the general manager. No assistance with finding another rental at a different location, no phone call in advance to notify you of no vehicle for your reservation, no shuttle service to another location, absolutely NO HELP! Wish I could give zero starts. I’ll be cancelling my membership with enterprise.
