  Absolutely Unacceptable and Unprofessional This was hands down the worst rental car experience I have ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering this Enterprise location to go somewhere else. From the moment I arrived, the employee assisting me, John, was sarcastic, dismissive, and openly rude. His attitude made it clear that he did not care about customer service in the slightest. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and unprofessional remarks. To make matters worse, I was later informed by management that John’s behavior was likely because he had already put in his two weeks’ notice and was nearing his last day. That is NOT an excuse to treat customers poorly. If an employee is checked out and unwilling to do their job properly, they should not be dealing with customers at all. On top of the disrespectful treatment, errors were made with my rental that were never corrected, adding even more frustration to an already terrible experience. When Enterprise finally followed up, the company thought offering $80 was an acceptable resolution for being disrespected, inconvenienced, and mishandled. It wasn’t. This location clearly has serious issues with professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Enterprise used to be a company I trusted, but after this experience, I will not be returning—and I recommend others think twice before renting from this location. Save yourself the stress, time, and disrespect. Choose a different Enterprise or a different rental company altogether.

  I made my reservation days ago for today , a lady called me on monday to confirm my reservation and I told her I need a ride , she said someone will call me before 8:30 am today to pick me up at my location ... surprise surprise !! no ones available to pick me up, the mean guy answer my call just to tell me that Not ride information and no vehicle available for me and he can not see my personal information online ( DL, payment, afdress) and if I want to go after 10:30 this morning , because they 'never" provide a ride early in the mornings may be somebody can pick me up but notcar may bea available to rent !!!!

  The guy that helped me was the Assistant Branch Manager Dylan he was a very big help so if you folks need to ask for somebody make sure you ask for that guy right there cuz he going to make sure your situation get cleared up quickly with no hassle I give them a 10 and next time I want to rent something I would drive completely on the other side of town just to rent from him
