It seems there has been a change in management or customer service staff, and unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The representative who assisted me was not very friendly and brought out a car that was noticeably dirty. The windshield and side windows was dirty, top of the car hood and inside of the car. Also, the seats were dirty and ripped in the floor. When I politely asked if it could at least be sprayed off, he drove off in the car spinning the tires. I was pressed for time and needed to reach my destination, so I accepted the vehicle as it was. When I returned the car early, I noticed there was no credit reflected on my receipt for the early return. I contacted the 800 number and was told someone from the local branch would follow up. It’s now been over a week, and I have yet to receive a response or resolution. I’ve always appreciated Enterprise’s service in the past, but this experience was very disappointing and not up to their usual standard.

Customers need to keep pets crated and return rental cars in clean condition, free of pet hair and dander, to avoid cleaning and/or detailing fees.” However, this office refuses to rent me a car if I need to bring my pet with me. How can this be? The office’s policy contradicts the company’s stated policy, and the customer service and management are terrible.
