Dillon and team were absolutely on point with great service. We were given a premier automobile that we were not sure about - Genesis SUV. Well it worked out well! Yet, when we returned the vehicle, Dillon asked more questions about the vehicle and our satisfaction. He did not have to make any more inquiries, but he really cared about our satisfaction. We were very pleased to know that high touch customer service lives at Enterprise Rental Car- Raleigh Durham airport.

The women at the front desk, she made a rude comment. I let it slide with "I am exhausted and just got off a flight" but she never apologized. Was a weird situation. Her co- worker (a male) heard everything and just watched. I was too exhausted to say anything like "that was rude, please don't speak to me that way", but I wish I would have said this. Anyways.
Otherwise, it was a good experience. The line was short, the wait to get the car was short, nice car, etc.
Upon returning the vehicle, the women was polite.
Just slow down, and practice being courteous without the sarcasm and rude comments- at the front desk.
5 stars, because besides the interaction with the employee at the pick up- which was negative, the rest of the experience was fine.
Also- the shuttle bus was great, and helpful drivers on this.

First of all, I would like to state that I am a loyal Enterprise customer and only rent vehicles from Enterprise (unless my job plans my business trips for me). My son also managed the BWI airport Enterprise so because of that I’m loyal to Enterprise.
When I arrived at the Enterprise at RDU airport, I upgraded to an SUV, but when I got into that SUV and was ready to leave the guy at the exit stated that the SUV that I was in was flagged for non-rental and needed to be returned. He didn’t share the exact reason why as he said the vehicle is fine and that it just got flagged (🤔hmm). Please, note that I have already taken off my hoodie and placed it in the back of the vehicle so, unfortunately, I left it there and grabbed my luggage, phone w/ USB cables and E-Z pass transponder from the windshield.
So I chose the CT500 Cadillac SUV and immediately drove to the nearest car wash (Heros car wash) as it is my custom with every rental I get. When I started vacuuming, I found a black plastic fork under the accelerator and a black spork in the compartment of the passenger door, so I threw those away. There were major water spots on the windshield windows and on the body itself, so I took care of those after going through the car wash and for the glass using glass cleaner to buff them out.
The CT500 Cadillac SUV did not disappoint as I had a great time in the city of Cary and enjoyed myself at Fenton Main Street. I really enjoyed the navigation, utilizing the big screen from my CarPlay and Apple phone. Great vehicle!
However, I realized that I did not have my hoodie and thought back in my mind that yes, I did leave it in the faulty SUV. So, I filled out a loss and found digital document on the Enterprise website. But after returning the vehicle, I asked the attendant there if he has my hoodie and they said they did not have it.😳 I know for a fact that I left it in the first SUV because I remember vividly being too hot and taking it off right behind that SUV and placing it in the back. It is my most treasured hoodie out of all of my gear. The only reason why I left it was because “they changed the process”. That’s when people lose things; when you give an expectation, I follow that process and then all of a sudden they flipped everything and now you have to change and be inconvenienced AFTER settling in. I search back in my mind and thought: was this a set up? if it is a trick, does this trick usually work with many patrons where they can take a chance of causing mayhem and then searching the vehicle for spoils? I’m sorry, I’m just thinking out loud. Contemplating.
So, sorry, after that experience I do not trust Enterprise RDU because I know that when I got to the hotel, I did not have my hoodie and had to start my business meeting and hoped that I would be able to retrieve it once I returned the vehicle. Sadly, that was not the case. I know, it’s my word against their’s, but this is my review and I stand by it.

I wish I had the names of all the workers on Oct 22-23 when I did a 1-day rental to pick up my grandma who was visiting family in NC and bring her back home to LA. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the facility was clean. The shuttles are constantly passing, so it's easy to hop on and get to the rental center. I checked in online, and because an attendant wasn't standing outside already (they were busy), they gave me a free upgrade from a mid-size car to a small SUV. It was unnecessary, but I accepted it and appreciated that they thought my 5 min wait was worth an upgrade. Departing the facility is easy and finding your way back is as well. The guy who checked me back in was extremely pleasant and being silly with us. I love seeing people enjoy their jobs, and that's why I chose to leave a review. Car rental companies get so many bad reviews, and I wanted to point out RDU location as being really great to deal with. And I loved my little SUV- it was newer, clean, and got me where I needed.

The price was by far the best in Raleigh Durham for that week. The Enterprise Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt both times. However, the driver that picked up for my arriving flight was not very friendly or helpful loading and unloading luggage, which was irritating as I am handicapped. The shuttle driver the following week was very friendly and helpful.
The car rental was good except for the interior definitely had not been cleaned. The interior windows were so dirty and filmy that I pulled in to the first gas station I could find to clean the interior windows. The car smelled quite clean, but it became apparent within a few hours that it reeked of cigarette smoke. I let it air out for several hours each day in my daughter's driveway.
These issues were a first from all of my rentals with Enterprise, so I will give them a other try in the future. Hopefully these issues won't happen again.
