Absolutely disgusting business model, I traveled over 6 hours and one way and was told they cannot rent to me without a return flight, I live here now how do you expect people to get to their cars to return the vehicle? I travel very frequently and this has been the only location with such requirements, think twice before you become stranded overnight like I did.

In a world where it is common to wait at least an hour for a rental car and sometimes 3 (looking at you Denver), the enterprise at the Raleigh airport is.... perfect??? This is my 3rd time renting with them and this goes for each visit: the employees are fast, friendly, fully present and attentive and competent from the shuttle drivers and desk attendants to the people who put you in the car, check you out at the exit, and receive the car back. Never have I ever not dreaded the rental car retrieval except for at the Raleigh airport Enterprise.

Overall it was a great experience! It was a streamlined and seamless process. Due to the blizzard in the east, our flight was delayed by one day. I was pleased that they still had a car available when we arrived, but for almost $100 more than my original price even though it was for less days. The person who helped me could see my distress and was able to find a discount to help during this unexpected expense. It wasn’t back to the original price, but it helped. He cared enough to help me out and for that I am thankful.

Arrived just before midnight on 2/14/25. Along with several other people coming in on delayed flights. After getting off the shuttle, Connor K met me and I was able to show him my Costco reservation for Alamo (he was working all the locations) and he had me pick out my SUV from a section and I was off. He gave me his card and told me if I had any issues along the way to let him know. This transaction was so seamless and amazing!! Thank you Connor for making a 17 hour travel day so stress free, when it mattered the most.
The car, a Buick Enclave was impeccably clean and well maintained.

We have rented cars several times from other car rental places at RDU and have had a horrible experience every time. I decided to pay a little more to try Enterprise and I'm glad I did. We had our vehicle in less than 5 minutes. They didn't put a large hold on our CC like other companies do or try to charge is any extra fees. The return process was also easy. Enterprise will be our new go to rental car company.
