  I've had one of best experiences with the Enterprise location in Raleigh. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. I think if there was one opportunity for this location would be to access the ability for drivers who are transporting guests from the airport to the off site location. I was involved in an incident where there could've been a potential longer delay.

  Another flawless rental from Enterprise at RDU airport last week as we flew in to visit family over Christmas. Enterprise has always provided great service to us and allowing spouses to drive too with no surcharge is a big factor for us. Everywhere we have rented from them across the globe we see the same brand of friendly faces and first class service to get us on our way and check us back in at the end. We have never had a problem with Enterprise and it will continue to be our first choice for future trips.

  I'm was very satisfied with the upgrade and service I received. Great job guys! The cherry on top would have been a ride back to my hotel. But it was great service! Although, I left my transponder in the vehicle on the windshield, I was a hassle that I had to first fill-out a form then report it, when I tried to reach the front counter while the vehicle was on the premises to be able to retrieve it immediately. It is now gone and an added expense.

  This branch provided an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. We held a confirmed reservation for a mid-size SUV, and our online agreement clearly detailed all charges and fees, without any mention of a deposit. Upon arrival at 4pm Thursday, December18, 2025, the representative informed us of a mandatory $400 deposit for one-way rentals, a charge absent from our documentation. When we contested this, her manager reiterated the requirement. Despite our repeated explanations that the fee was never disclosed to us beforehand, he curtly stated, "There is, and that is that." When we requested to speak with a general manager, he claimed to be the manager but refused to provide a name or contact number for a superior. He abruptly terminated the interaction, stating he would not rent to us and instructed us to leave the premises. He refused to identify himself and left us stranded. We contacted the corporate 800 number, where an agent confirmed that individual branches reserve the right to refuse service. We are currently awaiting a callback from Enterprise corporate within a 72-hour window. The manager was extraordinarily rude and completely unsympathetic to our predicament. Left with no other option, we walked next door to Budget, where we were met with friendly, professional staff who immediately put us at ease and even offered us a better deal. This specific Enterprise branch does not deserve even a single star for its lack of transparency and appalling customer service. I am only giving a star because the review requires one. FOLLOWING UP: IT has been several days since we submitted our information through the support portal. Communication has been nonexistent since Friday.

  We were rushing to catch our flight and left my dad’s handicap placard in the visor. There is no way to contact the local office. We called and did a lost and found but still nothing. This online customer service and no access to the local office is not helpful to older customers. I realize it’s our fault but honestly we just want them to mail back the handicap card. It’s so difficult to get another one as it takes so much time. Online and no local access is not good customer service experience. Other than that the car was nice drop off and pick up from the airport. The shuttle bus persons were amazing nice. Update. Exactly what I was expecting from your reply. Back to another dead end. I filed through that link already and yet no response. Meanwhile the ADA suffers. Thank you Lisa but this is but helpful dear. I just wanted the handicap hanger back. This is turning into a nightmare.
