Slightly upset with customer service at this location explained insurance booking issues and was told to handle it bc they couldn’t and didn’t see anything… I left switched to garner enterprise and was in a vehicle within a hours, this location explained what to have the insurance agent do to have the booking updated correctly…

My girlfriend and I rented a car from this location, and never again. I reported that I left a box of jewelry in a Buick we rented, and when I called to report it, I didn’t feel like they cared or took it seriously. I asked if they could please check the footage to see if the person who cleaned the car might have taken it. The man on the phone told me he would look into it and call me back — but he never did. It’s been a month now, and I still haven’t received a call or any kind of follow-up.
That box contained thousands of dollars worth of jewelry I was taking to get cleaned. I switched cars and accidentally forgot it. I wasn’t expecting anyone to call out names — I just wanted my items back. I wish people were honest, but unfortunately, that’s not the world we live in anymore. It’s disappointing to see companies not taking theft seriously.
They’re so quick to take your money, but not quick to take action when real concerns are raised. Customer service these days is just terrible.
I strongly advise not renting a car from this location. If they tell you they’ll follow up, trust me — they’re just saying that to get you off the phone.
