Unfortunately in few days later they charged in my bank credit card $78 for supplemental protection . I called them credit back for me and they said case was closed . In 3 to 5 business days if I don’t received credit back I will have next step to do with them. I strongly recommend anybody who decides to rent a car here must be careful
