    Horrendous. Was convinced by JORGE that I would get approved and that was t the case. While I can accept that, his attitude once I was t approved was ridiculous. I love how you were so happy to greet me yet could hardly say bye. I cannot stand this location. So much more that I could say but I won’t.

    Two bc they had a Couple of vehicle choices for me, maily the car I wanted. Although! The business end of it was horrendous extremely lengthy making me wait to get a taken care of and then didn't because of it I held back on my down payment then they pestered me for the next 2 weeks to give it to them. So I offered them a resolution you take care of the damage of the car that you knew about and took pictures of and told me that you would and I would give you the rest of the DP- $200. And that explanation you could tell I got screwed they never finished contacted scheduled but only told me lied to me straight to my ear they would handle it along with other items that are wrong on the car let alone the body damage blown fuses loose intake air clamp that came off rattling dashboard four different tires one had a leak all of which are in their 250 Point checklist that is a requirement that they had checked off. Ensure probably because I'm of the wrong race at this store but do not go there do not use them

    My experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Raleigh has been difficult. The vehicle itself, the condition of the car, the checks performed have been good. Salesperson was new, not particularly knowledgeable. Many questions had to be escalated to management (Derricus) who was very responsive and competent. But the dealership has not provided the correct documentation. For example, VIN verification form has been full of errors and not acceptable at the DMV. 3 months after the purchase, I still do not have the vehicle title.

    I inquired online and Vasaugh responded quickly. My credit wasn’t the best because I had previously put several accounts in my name for others, which hurt my credit, but he worked hard to help me anyway. Right before closing, he called to let me know the bank had approved me. I put $3,800 down and signed my paperwork just before closing. He even went out of his way to fill up my Camry and have it washed. Although the car didn’t come with floor mats, they do offer a $40 reimbursement. Overall, he worked all day to get me approved. If you’re looking for a car, I highly recommend going to see him… he’s the first office on the left. I truly appreciated his dedication to get me approved when other dealers saw me as a risk
