Today, specifically, Ivan and Todd or Tom? (can’t remember the name of the employee with a T), but they both went above and beyond today by guiding me on how to plug my tire. I got a flat & was unable to get it repaired & my last resort after waiting for almost 4 hours was to just patch it up myself (no clue how to do so). Not only did Ivan & T show me how, but they even helped & advised I go get air across the street after since it is free. They have no idea how much they turned my night around because I showed up 15 minutes before closing in destress & now my problem is resolved. Thank you guys so much! Ivan is always so personable, warm, & attentive whenever I go in. Highly recommend this location!!
