  I initially came in to get my check engine light scanned. A problem occurred that had nothing to do with what I initially came in for. Alfonso, Chavida and Richard and even Zack who was on vacation did everything to get my vehicle back running. This team showed patience, great customer service and knowledge. They had a trusted mechanic put the piece back on in the parking lot. Appreciate you guys.

  Rico D and cam went above and beyond to ensure not only that we got our car battery installed but the terminals were in working order, they were very friendly and I would recommend this autozone above them all in the area just because of the exceptional customer service we received while there.

  Rico D and Cam went above and beyond! I barely made it into the parking lot… having had my battery light pop on my Dashboard midway through a 5 hr trip. Already highly stressed from exhausting my jump box and losing power steering etc, these fine gentleman came out to help install a new battery, and realized one of my terminals was not tightening correctly. They were able to mend the terminal in a clever way to ensure it would work until I could get home and get it switched out. I made it home, another 2 hours away, safely and somehow on just the battery since my alternator was the culprit. Mending the terminal was not a simple task and definitely was not something they needed to concern themselves with. Their exceptional customer service warms my heart, since nowadays it’s harder and harder to find. They have no idea how close I was to having an utter melt down, and how much their kindness meant to me!

  They cannot be given a single star since the attention is extremely bad, they do not provide accessory, they attend to the client in a very bad way, they do not allow to talk to their manager, they say that there is no manager in the store and they say that there is no communication with their manager...
