Everything came back on the test fine but my car had shut off again right at the light. I came back after my car turned back on and got another test. Anthony who seemed to be too busy to care, made some guy who had never ran the test before do it by himself and went back to his area. I ended up having to buy a new battery but the lady came back and was helpful and really nice because the battery I needed to buy was totally different from the one in my car. Now back to the reason why I give this place 4 stars because Anthony customer service care pertaining to me wasn’t the best. I had a commercial account number to help with the pay for my car. I get that it is policy that he couldn’t help change the battery in the car. But I am a 22 year old woman and I am also a first time car owner, a little kindness goes a long way. I was on my lunch break at work and still had to drive 30 minutes home. To help put the battery in when you aren’t doing anything wouldn’t have cost anything. The lady came back over and was confused on why they couldn’t do it. My problem is if it was your daughter would you want them to be treated like that? Then to add onto it I had a knee brace on and still had to carry the battery to my car. He walked away mid transaction and then came back gave me the receipt and said have a nice day. I was also on the phone with my dad who was at work and he overheard and said his tone was off and seemed like a jerk for a lack of words. Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful but Anthony. I usually don’t write reviews but no one should never feel the way I felt after spending their money in this economy.
