  Very disappointed in the staff working up front. I watched an AutoZone team member put three calls on hold, so he could return to his phone in his hand. Another team member didnt even attempt to help an elderly lady to change a key fob remote battery. Mind you there is not a single customer in the store. I am a commercial customer who feels for the people walking in… major staff meeting needs to happen. 2/23/26 2:28pm-2:46pm

  I am overwhelmed by the chivalry just shown me by two of the employees at the AutoZone, at 7400 Glenwood Ave., in Raleigh, North Carolina. In the pouring-down rain, Isaiah and Sonny - without giving a second thought - went outside and got themselves soaking wet so that they could put my wiper blades on for me. They did it without hesitation and refused to accept a tip. It would have taken me a long time to get those wiper blades on myself- thank heaven gentlemen do still exist! Please go see Isaiah and Sonny at AutoZone - they will treat you right!

  Johnathan was able to fix my bulbs and get me on road to Charlotte after I got a ticket life saver thank you auto zone

  Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Need an oil filter and once someone finally acknowledges me they just call out a portion of the part number and tell me they’re in the back of the store. Then I get back and they’ve moved my stuff to self checkout. Won’t look at you when they talk and act like you’re a nuisance for being there.
