  This is my second day at the store buying a battery can I believe both batteries run at the same time Adele was the manager very helpful got a new battery for my Cadillac and I'm on the road again all of 15 minutes

  I purchased my gas cap with the sales associate last Friday with overnight shipping. The sales associate let me know that if it did not arrive on time, I would get my shipping fee back. He also let me know they would put the cap on for me. After three days of not hearing from the store, I went to see if my order came in. The item finally arrived without them notifying me as requested. I asked the parts sale manager when it arrived, he confirmed it was two days after it was promised. I asked if I could have the shipping refunded and then place it one. He informed me I would have to speak with the store manager. I explained everything that was discussed with both the sales associate and parts sales manager. He began to lecture me about Fedex shipping and I let him know that was a conversation he should have with his employees and not the customer that was sold on the shipping. Reluctantly, The manager went outside to change my gas cap. He told me to open up google or safari and search Autozone on Capital. Then he demanded I give him 5 stars. I did not have a five star experience. He said do it because he put the cap on. That comment alone was extremely unprofessional. I will not he back.

  Today I was very please and thankful how I was help today my battery was not functioning properly I was able to get a reading come to find out it was a loose terminal also I was also able to get a impact socket to fix my tire that was going flat I’m was very please and satisfied with the help that was received. Big shout out to Mr Kevin bc I panic and he really help me thru this night bc I’m able to make it to work. Great job Mr Kevin J and Autozone auto parts save my day as the song say I’m on the road again.

  My car was stalled out in the center lane of capital blvd and Fidel, the store manager, came out to the middle of the road. He tried to reset my battery and then pushed my car to the Autozone store during morning rush hour traffic. I cannot thank him enough. This is above and beyond. Highly recommended this location as they give top notch care. And yes I purchased a new battery, which he installed, and headed off to work. Thank you Fidel!

  Best Customer service! Everyone there is always so helpful. My girl Sarita always goes above and beyond to help with ordering parts and help with installing batteries, wipers, carbin filter etc. I always leave a happy customer 😊 Thank you guys for all you do!
