  JoJo was so Amazing ---- JoJo went way above and beyond to help my situation when I was at the Store --- I have gone to Advance Auto parts in the past -- but after JoJo helped me --- I will only go to Auto Zone where Jo Jo works --- He knows his stuff and is Extremely Helpful

  Installed the wrong battery in my car and then had the nerve to act like I was mistaken about the battery performance readout when I came back to have my warranty honored. Guy said that auto shops will “make tests say what they want them to say to sell you something” and if he had bothered to actually look at my car he would’ve found that it was incorrectly installed by them!

  I cannot recommend this AutoZone enough! I don't know much about cars, and when mine sounded like it didn't want to start, I panicked and pulled into the first place I saw. I am so glad I did. I was greeted by a friendly staff, and Rick came right up to help me. He was such a kind, patient gentleman. He took his time testing my battery and explained all my options without any pressure to buy. It’s rare to find such genuine and patient customer service these days. It turned out I did need a new battery, and Rick carefully replaced it for me while we had a great conversation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. A new battery wasn't on my to-do list yesterday, but I’m so happy I ended up there. Thank you, Rick!
