Amanda was amazing today; friendly and knowledgeable, even though it’s snowing a little bit she tested my battery without a second of hesitation, replaced it as it was still under warranty, and processed the core charge refund for the alternator I ordered online and the belt I ordered but didn’t end up needing. Life has been particularly rough on me lately with my car breaking down 2 days before getting an eviction notice, so it was really nice to walk in and be treated with kindness.

He then came back a few minutes later and was looking at the end cap for something then that’s when he asked can I help you. I explained to him what’s wrong with my car, he was so nonchalant like he didn’t want to help, basically he said I don’t know. I walked out and a few minutes later a female walks in behind and was help right away. Yes I’m feeling a certain way. If he only going to help a certain people, he doesn’t need to be there
