  Had pleasant experiences with them on multiple occasions until today (2/18/2026). Became a weird power struggle, and some bad energy, accusing me of being mistaken about paying for a lifetime rotate and balance on my truck. Forget the fact that they rotated my tires twice, in OCT 2023 (when I paid for it) and JAN 2025 at no cost. It literally says “lifetime rotate and balance” on my receipts. Manager claimed it was a mistake, that they should never had done it, and that it was apparently performed under my other vehicle (wife’s SUV) which their "records" show is the only one I paid for. So they admitted to making two mistakes, at two different times, by two different individuals, but that I'm mistaken in my recollection about this and their records are "not wrong". Plus they asked if I had my receipt from 2023. Seriously...bro... What receipt? The one where someone didn't key it into your system properly? :-/ I was confused and surprised by the manager’s attitude and lack of compassion. His insistence on not taking responsibility for their actions (or lack thereof) was bizarre and a bit cringe. Willing to lose a customer for life over $60 just to be "right". Regardless, I doubt they'll miss me as I am just a little fish. Such a strange and unfortunate event. Sigh. Anyway, based on my previous experiences there and all the other positive reviews online, my bad experience strongly seems to be the exception, meaning you should be just fine if you decide to do business with them.

  They are always able to get me in quickly and provide prompt service at reasonable prices. I think they are genuine and sincere! Recently I had my car serviced and replaced some rear rotors.

  I work for a mobile surgery group, so we rely on our suburban daily. Our motor needed to be replaced asap. Assurance and their crew did a spectacular job. We were diagnosed and fixed up within a couple of days. Great people doing great work.

  We came in with a tire emergency on Christmas Eve 1.5 hours before they closed. Not only did they go pick up new tires for us, they got them installed with 15 minutes to spare before they closed. Highly recommend them!!
