I get here, ask for battery in the commercial dpt bc I was visiting for my mechanic, get home to install my battery and realized they sold me a DEAD "return" or defect battery. Thats absolutely unacceptable for your customer service expert in the commercial to not test each battery before selling to the customer. My brother had to come back a few days later to swap it for me, luckily they gave no issue about it. Have your people test batteries before they go out the door, this should be obvious and will prevent further mistakes. This issue caused me to have to send my mechanic home for the day and delayed me getting back on the road in time for work.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
