There was one other customer that was buying a battery. When I asked to buy one as well I got attitude from both employees saying that they couldn’t install a battery because it was just them two working. I never even asked them to install my battery. I just wanted to purchase one. I’m very capable of removing two nuts and replacing a battery. With their attitude they should not be in customer service especially working at a place that gets business advertising free battery check and replacement. It’s 4pm on Friday Oct. 30. The two people working at this time. Shame on you. Needless to say I got my battery installed with great customer service at AutoZone in Cary. 8 min down the road.
