  My service with Duke collision was outstanding. Mr. Angel took amazing care of my 2022 Volkswagen I.D 4. How is rear ended and my bumper was destroyed. However, Angel and his team repaired it just like new! Great Job! I would recommend anybody to them.

  I got an estimate from this shop for something very basic: paint a new part that I brought to their shop and possibly install it. Their estimate was fair, but when we went to have the work done, they tried to raise the price by more than double. When asked why they weren't standing by their written quote, the response was "it's just an estimate" and they can't really tell what it's going to cost until a technician looks at it. What a load of garbage! They saw the new-in-box part at both the quote visit and again when we brought it in for the work. Duke claimed that the part came "painted, not primed", causing them to do extra work. The new part came primed, as was evidenced by the part number and related manufacturer's description. Either these folks are inept or they have some kind of routine down that allows them to get extra money out of insurance companies or unwitting customers after they have already started a job. We won't be going back here if the need ever arises again.

  Absolutely terrible experience with this mechanic shop. They kept my car for over 3 months, which is completely unacceptable. After waiting that long, I expected the car to be fixed properly. Instead, when I finally picked it up, the problem was still not repaired. Even worse, I had to point out the issue myself and ask them what happened with the axle they were supposed to fix. How do you keep someone’s car for months and not even finish the repair? The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and this was a huge waste of my time. I feel like my car was just sitting there while nothing was being done. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this shop and take their car somewhere else.

  My experience with Duke Collision was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and lack of accountability. My car was originally estimated to be completed on March 10. On March 6, I received a voicemail saying it would actually be ready that same day, but no pickup window was provided. When I called, I was told it would be ready by 4 PM—far too short notice for me to arrange transportation. I confirmed with a staff member that I would instead pick it up Monday, March 9 at 10 AM. However, at 9:17 AM on March 9, I received a text from Duke Collisions saying the car was “nearing completion.” When I arrived at 10:03 AM for the confirmed pickup, I was told there was still a delay due to a vendor part being damaged. Despite confirming my pick up time, I received no call or text from Duke Collisions prior to my pick up about issues with a part and a need to delay the pick up. I live over 20 minutes away and chose Duke Collision for its strong technical reviews, but the lack of clear communication and respect for my time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.
