- RERobert Espinosa5 days ago1.0Worst con job..rear wheel had no fluent turn and it caused a drag .I explained that to them .All they did was drive car up and down street .didn't even take tire off to check turning the rotor. I Advise u to stay with your car when going to them charged 80 dollars. .. I guess they thought I wouldn't be there watching them from across the street..Plain Garbage spot not even 1 star . I press by mistake Plain garbage

They did an evaluation, gave me an honest upfront quote and I found the work Absolutely solved my issues. Great guys at Brown’s.
- RNRebel NelsonMar 20, 20265.0My daughter was on her way back to school in VAwhen a stud on her wheel broke completely off. It was taken to Firestone and they claim they could not fix the stud and could not be repaired. She had to get a new hub knuckle and it was $1100. Well that didn't make sense to me so I Google tire repair shops in Raleigh NC. I called Brown's Alignment and spoke to Tabitha. She told me to get the car to them and they could replace the stud. We got the car to her, they fixed it quickly and got my daughter back on the road and safely to school. The fee they changed was excellent and I am more than satisfied. I don't live in Raleigh nor NC but I'm grateful for this company and the help of Tabitha she was awesome. I don't want this to happen again but if so i hope I'm me or my kid is near her and this shop.
