  I have been to this store (3) times within the last 24 hours. I have encountered this wonderful young lady twice now. Her name is Chavida. I just want to say that her energy is so awesome. She’s extremely enthusiastic and so helpful. On top of that, she is hardworking. The line was extremely long and she and her coworker got it down within minute, but she did it with a smile. We need more people like her in establishments these days. She has made my day twice now, yesterday and today 😊

  Mr Alfonso Wright assisited me at this store yesterday and it was the best experience. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Hes definitely a people person. I have experienced him at another store some time back and he's always remarkable. Thanks to Alfonso, I will always choose auto zone....

  Tonight I desperately called the store asking if they could help me with a battery replacement. The guy that answered the phone said yes. I gave him my car information and he said yes we can do it. I said great. I'll see you in a few minutes. When my husband gets there, one man said he wasn't going to change any more batteries and it's raining. The other guy put his cigarette in his mouth and turned his back. We called another Auto Zone down the street and they took care of us. I don't like leaving negative ratings; however, we were in a serious situation where we were told we would receive help and we didn't.
