- AMAriel MaxwellMar 31, 20261.0I bought an alternator from here , my mechanic installed it, a couple days later I drove it and got stuck on the side of the high way with my new born baby! I had my mechanic come back to check out my car and it was a bad alternator 😡 not only did I have to pay my mechanic to check, I now have to pay him to put the new alternator in! I was also charged 37$ for the extra fee of the new alternator ! I pray the new one works because I wasn’t able to get a refund just an exchange ! Not to mention I brought a new battery here as well, money just wasted! Save your money go to another place !

I came in dealing with a dead battery and he took the time to walk me through what was going on, helped me find the best option for my budget, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He didn’t rush the process and was genuinely helpful the whole way through. On top of that, he handled the battery installation quickly and professionally, had all the tools ready to go. Really appreciate the service— Thanks again.

But one of them who were outside went and hold the door open for us and was kind. That’s was the only positive part of my experience. Will not be back.
