  Fidel, Miguel, and Anquan were awesome. I was back in Raleigh on a work trip and started having significant automobile issues. I felt like I had personal technicians assisting me. They even helped me locate an after-hours mechanic.

  Blake assisted me with a battery test and charge. He was assisting me with removing a newer car battery. I couldn’t figure out what additional bolts had to be removed, but he was patient and quickly showed me how to remove my car battery. Great customer service and people skills.

  I bought windshield wipers the other day and couldn't get them on - even with YT videos. Despite it being busy at 7:30 on a Wednesday, Blake came outside and installed them for me. Turns out one was defective and they replaced it without me doing anything.

  thank you very much to Fidel (store manager), and Diego, who helped me today, we couldn't find my warranty for the battery in the system. They helped me change the battery and check that the alternator was working properly. I'm very grateful; excellent work!!! Muchas gracias a Fidel q es el store manager y a Diego , que me ayudaron, hace un par de meses compré una batería nueva y el día de hoy no encontraba mi garantía en el sistema y ellos me ayudaron a cambiar la batería y revisar el alternador que funcionara bien, muy agradecida, un trabajo excelente !!!
